Second trimester, woo-hoo! Right now I’m four months along and still feeling great; I didn’t fight much morning sickness at all, only an aversion to fish, coffee, eggs, most green vegetables and Thai food (which I usually love!). I can finally tolerate the smell of coffee again, though mostly I just carry a cup around with me all morning, pretending to drink it but really just reveling in the warmth and normalcy of the action. The one challenge has been the extra fatigue when traveling. I’ve been on a plane for work almost once a week throughout this entire pregnancy. Staying fit while in a hotel room AND with baby on board has been an extra obstacle; right now I’m loving the bar method pregnancy workout DVD, and I have a couple more great maternity workout videos to try out and share.
Although I don’t want to overwhelm our readers with all things baby, I’ll be sharing my pregnancy journal here on the blog once a month! The next big milestone is finding out if we’ll be welcoming a brother or sister for Finn and I’ll share the big news soon. Do you have any guesses on if this little one is a BOY or a GIRL?
