Dressing a Destination Part 3: Florence

Our last stop on our Italian adventure was to ever-so-charming Florence. (Read about my first two stops here: Dressing a Destination Part 1: Rome and Part 2: Tuscany).

The city had the history and culture of Rome paired with the quiet romance of Tuscany.  It was definitely my favorite city on our trip.  I was inspired by the bike culture in Florence and wanted to wear something that would be bike-appropriate, but romantic at the same time.  When traveling, I think neutrals are essential for recycling and re-pairing outfits so I decided to go with my black cat eyes, pedal-friendly flats, purse and a camel-colored sweater.  Only thing that was missing?  A splash of color.  So I added a flowy teal dress that added the perfect amount of pop to my ensemble.
